TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right of ownership of all materials before, during and after installation until payment has been received for the specific job. 

When only Labour is to be charged, we reserve the right of ownership of materials supplied to the value of the invoice until that specific invoice is paid. 

In the event of a dispute and failure to pay an invoice, we reserve the right to dismantle any work we have installed until such invoice is paid.

A 5% daily penalty charge will be added to any invoice paid past the agreed payment date.
